Booth size rent -This is for both days Sat. 9 am - 6 pm & Sun 12 pm - 5 pm
10 x 10 = $50
Except for July's and it includes Mon 9 am - 6 pm
You must set up for both days except for July which will
be 3 days. You will receive a reply from TCE for approval
of booth rental along with a form to fill out and mail back
with your payment. All payments need to be mailed back by
2 weeks prior to event.

The Exhibitor Understands and agrees as Follows:

1.  Tall City Eattiques and Wall Street Joint Ventures, it's agents, officers, or employees shall not be liable for property
damage or personal injury to exhibitor, its agents or employees, which may occur on or about any part of the subject
premises. Exhibitor waives any claim against Tall City Eattiques or Wall Street Joint Ventures,and assumes all liability for
damage and or theft to exhibitor's property entrusted to the premises. Exhibitor shall hold Tall City Eattiques or Wall Street
Joint Ventures, harmless and shall indemnify Tall City Eattiques and Wall Street Joint Ventures against all liability or expenses
arising out of any claim of personal or bodily injury or damage to any person or property, regardless of how such injury or
damage may have occurred, together with all costs in connection with the defense thereto, including attorney fees.

2.   Tall City Eattiques reserves the right to ask any; exhibitor to not display merchandise deemed by Tall City Eattiques to be
inappropriate or deemed offensive. Failure to remove such items from display will be cause for immediate removal of the
exhibitor and all his/her merchandise from the show without refund.

3.   Exhibitors will be responsible for furnishing any tables or displays needed for their exhibit. Tall City Eattiques will not be
responsible for any display or covering needed by vendor. (This is a outdoors and exhibitors will most likely need some type
of cover from the sun.) No electrical outlets will be available. If you have to have electricity contact Tall City Eattiques for
possible agreement for electricity.

4.   All booths must be set up by 9:00 am Saturday. If you need to start setting up Friday contact Tall City Eattiques for
arrangement. There will be a secure person on premises Saturday night. Items will need to be cover and protected from
possible weather.

5.   Cancellation Policy: No refunds.

6.   Tax ID numbers must be displayed in your booth(State Law). All vendors must have a Texas Sales Tax ID number on file
with Tall City Eattiques. Each vendor is responsible for filing their own sales tax. You must fill out form and turn in sales tax
amount to Tall City Eattiques before leaving.

7.   Each vendor will be responsible for the clean up of their booth space and remove all items before dark on Sunday.
